Mercury.Investments Appoints Kenneth Judge to Advisory Committee
24.09.2025
Mercury.Investments, manager of the Nuclear Renaissance Investment Fund, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kenneth Judge to its Advisory Committee.
Mr. Judge brings with him extensive legal and capital markets expertise, with a career spanning mergers & acquisitions, securities law, and governance roles across the energy and resource sectors.
Mr. Judge currently serves as an Independent Director at Standard Uranium (TSX-V), a Canadian exploration company focused on advancing high-grade uranium projects. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to public and private companies navigating complex cross-border transactions, corporate restructurings, and capital-raising initiatives. His experience includes leadership roles in corporate finance, regulatory compliance, and strategic advisory, with a particular focus on natural resources and energy innovation.
By joining Mercury.Investments’ Advisory Committee, Mr. Judge will support the fund’s efforts in governance, legal structuring, and investment due diligence — key areas as institutional investors increasingly allocate capital into nuclear energy, metals, and mining. His perspective will also strengthen the fund’s approach to regulatory and compliance frameworks, essential in a sector where transparency and security of supply are paramount.
“Kenneth’s depth of experience in both law and resource finance provides Mercury with a unique vantage point,” said Walter Reich, Board Member at Mercury.Investments. “His track record of guiding companies through growth, governance, and regulatory complexity will be a vital asset as we expand our global investor base and strengthen our institutional profile”
The Nuclear Renaissance Investment Fund is designed to capitalize on the ongoing global revaluation of nuclear energy, supported by macroeconomic and technological shifts. The fund invests across uranium mining, enrichment, advanced nuclear technologies, and diversified metals such as copper, silver, platinum, and gold.
Kenneth Judge’s addition strengthens Mercury’s Advisory Committee, whose members collectively bring legal, strategic, and technical experience gained at organizations such as Standard Uranium, Sprott Physical Uranium Trust, Cameco, EY, Morgan Stanley and BNP Paribas. This breadth of background ensures rigorous governance and well-rounded insight for the fund.
